ABOUT THE PRODUCT
1 – What materials do you use in your garments?
Our garments are made only with sustainable materials.
At the moment we have 100% recycled clothes and 100% organic cotton clothes.
For the recycled garments, we use a mix of recycled cotton (from textile surplus) and post-consumer plastic bottles. This way, we are giving a second life to materials that were going to end up in landfills or oceans.
Organic cotton is produced without the use of toxic chemicals; that way is better for the environment, wildlife and farmers.
2 – Where are your products made?
Our products are proudly made in Portugal. Everything from the design, to the production and printing, are made in a fair trade facility in the Guimarães region.
3- Do you have collections?
Taking into account our sustainability policy, we do not create collections. Thus, we have the basic and timeless models that we personalize with new designs to refresh our catalogue.
4 – What’s my size?
Our sizes are an oversize and relaxed fit. You can check our size guides, and we also say the height and the size the model is wearing, to make it easier for you to choose. But if you have any questions, you can always send us a message or email, and we will help you find the right size.
5 - Can I have a specific t-shirt or sweatshirt in a different color than the one it’s on the website?
We are sorry but no. Each style and design is only available in the color combination you see on our website.
6 – Do you have any physical stores?
No. At the moment you can only find NÜWA clothes on our website.
7 – How is NÜWA giving back?
For each product sold we give 1% do AMURT - an NGO working in wash programs in schools and in Mozambique, Africa.
8 - Do purchases of all products support AMURT?
Yes, 1% of every purchse goes to AMURT to help provide access to clean water and sanitation systems in Africa.
PAYMENT
1 – What currency are your prices in?
You can choose between Euro, British pound, Danish krone, Norwegian krone, Swedish krona and US dollar.
2- What are the payment methods available?
We accept the following forms of payment: Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and PayPal. All prices at NÜWA are VAT included. If you have any doubts or questions, email us at [email protected].
ABOUT THE SHIPPING
1 – When will my order ship?
Our garments are made-to-order; this means that we only personalize with the design when the order comes in. Even though it usually takes one business day to process and send your order.
2 – How long does it take for me to get my order?
The estimated time for delivery depends on the shipping address. It usually takes two business days for Europe and from 2 to 5 business days to the rest of the world.
3 – Where do you ship from?
We ship all of our garments from our offices in the north of Portugal.
4 – How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number, so that you can follow up on your order’s delivery status. We use We Pick Up (Portugal and Spain) and DHL Express (rest of the world).
5 – Can I cancel my order after I placed it?
Once you complete your order on the website, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. From the moment you get this confirmation, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
6 – What if something I ordered arrived damaged?

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
1 – Can I exchange or return an item I bought?
Yes, you can exchange or return any item within 14 days of buying them.
2 – Who pays for the return shipping costs?
We cover all costs. You need to send us an email at [email protected] telling us what items you want to return or exchange and we will contact the shipping company to pick up the pieces in question.
3 – When will I get my refund?
Once the package arrives at our offices, we will guarantee that everything is correct and make the refund immediately.
